recently Yu Yongqiang research group of School of Electronic Science Applied Physics of Hefei University of technology Professor Jie Jiansheng of functional nano Soft Matter Research Institute of Soochow University have carried out in-depth research on the low response speed of two-dimensional tmdcs based photodetectors designed prepared ultra-high speed wide spectrum silicon compatible multilayer (FL) - mote2 Si 2D-3D photodiode photodetector
