The film plays a three-dimensional protective effect, blocks the direct contact between the cement particles, and plays a lubricating effect between the particles.

2. Wetting effect: After the cement is mixed with water, the surface layer of the particles is wetted by water, and its wet condition has a great influence on the characteristics of freshly mixed commercial concrete. amount that can be reduced.

3. Water reduction effect:After adding a superplasticizer to the commercial concrete, the water-cement ratio can be significantly reduced under the condition of maintaining fluidity. The water reducing rate of high-efficiency water-reducing agent can reach 10% to 25%, while the water-reducing rate of ordinary water-reducing agent is 5%-15%, and high-efficiency water-reducing agent is also famous for this. The reason for the water reducing effect is mainly because of the adsorption and dispersion effect of commercial concrete on the water reducing agent.

4. Plasticizing effect:After adding the polycarboxylate based superplasticizer to the commercial concrete, the fluidity can be added without changing the water-cement ratio. The usual water-reducing agent can increase the slump of freshly mixed commercial concrete by more than 10 cm under the condition that the amount of cement used remains unchanged.
