1. Manual lubrication
This is the most primitive method. In the case of insufficient lubricant in the bearing, the oil is supplied with a lubricator. However, this method is challenging to maintain a certain amount of fat, because of the risk of neglecting to refuel, it is usually only used in light load, low speed, or intermittent movement. When it is best to operate, set a dust cover or ball valve on the refueling hole. And use felt, cotton, wool, etc. as filtering devices.
2. Drop point lubrication
Usually used for light and medium load bearings with a peripheral speed of less than 4 to 5 m / s. A substantially constant amount of lubricating oil is supplied from the container through holes, needles, valves, etc. The most classic is the drip oil cup; the amount of drip oil increases with lubrication. The oil viscosity, bearing clearance, and oil supply hole position have significant changes.
3. Oil ring lubrication
The ring that is hung on the shaft and can rotate will bring the lubricating oil of the oil sump to the bearing (only for the lubrication method of the horizontal axis). It is suitable for medium-speed and high-speed bearings with a shaft diameter greater than 50mm. The oil ring is preferably Seamless; when the bearing width to diameter ratio is less than 2, only one oil ring can be used. Otherwise, two oil rings are required.
4. Oil line lubrication
Relying on the capillary and siphon effect of the oil rope to guide the lubricating oil in the oil cup to the bearing, mainly used for light and medium load bearings with a peripheral speed of less than 4 ~ 5m / s. In addition, the oil rope can filter in the whole process. The role.
5. Oil pad lubrication
Using the capillary action of the oil pad, the lubricating oil in the oil sump is applied to the surface of the shaft diameter. This method can keep the friction surface always clean, but the dust will also block the capillary holes and cause insufficient oil supply. The oil supply of oil pad lubrication is usually only 1/20 of oil lubrication.
6. Oil bath lubrication
This lubrication method is to immerse a part of the bearing in the lubricating oil, which is often used for the thrust bearing of the vertical shaft, but not suitable for the radial bearing of the horizontal axis.
7. Splash lubrication
The lubricating oil splashed by the slapping of the rotating parts in the oil tank is supplied to the bearings, which is suitable for bearings with higher speeds.
8. Spray lubrication
The lubrication method of spraying the lubricating oil on the friction surface is ideal for high-speed bearings.
9. Pressure oil lubrication
Supplying fuel to the taking by the pressure of the lubricating pump, recovering the lubricating oil flowing from the bearing to the oil sump for recycling, is the lubrication method with the most oil supply and the most stable. It is suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty, and famous sliding bearings.
10. Circulating oil lubrication
Use the oil pump to transfer the filtered oil to the bearing parts, and then use the lubricating oil after filtering and cooling after filtering. Since the circulating oil can take away a certain amount of heat and cool the bearing, this method is suitable for bearing parts with higher speeds.
11. Jet lubrication
Use the oil pump to shoot high-pressure oil into the bearing through the nozzle, and the fuel injected into the bearing flows into the oil groove through the other end of the bearing. When the bearing rotates at high speed, the rolling elements and the cage also form a flow of surrounding air at a relatively high rotation speed. It is difficult to send the lubricant to the bearing by the general lubrication method. At this time, the oil must be sprayed by high-pressure injection To the bearing, the position of the nozzle should be placed between the inner ring and the center of the cage.
Bearing lubrication is a continuous task, and the oil replacement cycle is based on the different conditions of the bearings and the amount of oil.
